Default How to add video to a post

TO ADD YOUTUBE VIDEO TO A POST

1. Upload your video to YouTube. (please refer to the YouTube website for instructions regarding creating an account and uploading video). Video should be high quality, and "zoomed-in" to the area that is important to see. Typically, cell phone cameras will not provide a high enough quality video.

2. From within a posting area, click on the YouTube BBCode icon

3. Enter a title for the video. (example: "My Swing")

4. Once the YouTube BBCode is embedded in the post, you will need to add the YouTube video id between the brackets, as shown below. The video id is always the portion that comes after the = sign in the url of your YouTube video.

We've now added it to all forums because there were problems that came up in the forums it wasn't allowed. You can post video's and pictures in any desired place from now on.

Another thing and I've been getting a lot of e-mails is the posting 5 posts before they show up automatically. We do this because of the spammers on the site and their disregard for the rules. Yes, I can ban them but sometimes I'm not fast enough before someone sees the post.

After a few posts, they show up without me approving them. I know who the spammers are when they sign up so it really never gets to that point but it's just being cautious is all.

The people I "suspect" as spammers are put on a 50 post approval. If I'm wrong, I will change it after I look at them.

I hope you can be patient in this. Posting is slow at the beginning anyway so this really shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you,
Brad
