Default Thumb Caddy

Has anyone used the Thumb Caddy? Its a small device that fits on your grip to ensure a proper grip. I just wanted to know if it was a useful tool thanks.

I've never tried it but it looks gimmicky if that's a word. Some gimmicks do work so I can't knock them all. This is the first time I've heard of it and I went to their site and their testimonials look good.

Right when you think you've seen everything in golf, something pops up around the corner...

My wife just got me one so I had to come to this and reply. I know this is an old topic but I felt the need to chime in. I get the point of the product but it's a pain to move around. I will give a hackers point of view when I go to the range but I had to come here because I saw this thread awhile back. Once done, I'll give a mini review.

Ok mini review for this thing.

I do want to say I can understand the point for this and the advantages of it but it is very hard to move around. Now I don't know if they can fix that but it's a pain none the less. After awhile it does get easier but it should be easy to start with.

The advantages are pretty cool. Of course you set the thing up where you want your left thumb. the best part for me was the fact that it makes you have a lighter grip and there for you have a better chance of hitting a better shot because you aren't gripping the club so hard. I liek the product and would recommend it to anyone that has problems with their grip or gripping too tight.
